1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact

Product cannot be fulfilled

Minor variations in color, polish, or texture (natural for wooden furniture)
Coupons or discount codes used in purchase are non-refundable
