3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

  • Each product is handcrafted, making every piece unique

  • Differences in shade, texture, or design may occur

  • Such variations are inherent to wooden furniture and are not defects

4. Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing begins

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted only within a limited time after order placement

5. Shipping & Delivery

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage due to improper handling or cleaning

  • Fabric/upholstery (only frame covered)

  • Improper installation or misuse

Minor variations up to 5 mm due to floor leveling are acceptable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by logistics or external factors

  • We are not responsible if the customer is unavailable at delivery location

11. Intellectual Property
