Refund process:

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Minor variations in color, polish, or texture (natural for wooden furniture)

  • Coupons or discount codes used in purchase are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers can request exchange via call, email, or chat

  • Our support team will assist with the process
