At Gadwalfurniture India Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and transparent manner. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.
1. Order Processing Time
Standar orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Custom/ made to order Processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation
Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time: 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Certain products (especially made-to-order or bulky furniture) may take up to 20 business days for delivery.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all products across India.
Free shipping is applicable only to serviceable locations and valid PIN codes.
4. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Each order can be shipped to one address only.
For multiple addresses, customers must place separate orders.
5. Shipment & Logistics
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
In some cases, items in an order may be shipped separately depending on availability and product type.
6. Delays in Shipping
While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to:
Manufacturing timelines (for made-to-order furniture)
Logistics or transportation issues
Remote delivery locations
Unforeseen circumstances (natural events, strikes, etc.)
If an order cannot be fulfilled within 25 business days, the unshipped portion will be:
Cancelled automatically
Refunded in full to the original payment method
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Defective
Incorrect
Please follow these steps:
Do not accept the delivery (if visible damage)
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos with your order ID
We will arrange a replacement or resolution after verification.
